Conditions of Entry – Event
1. Entry Requirements
• Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks, esky checks, and person checks at any time.
• Entry may be refused to any patron who:
o Is intoxicated,
o Is acting in an aggressive or offensive manner, or
o Refuses to comply with safety or screening procedures.

2. No Alcohol Permitted
• No alcohol is permitted anywhere onsite.
• This is a strictly alcohol-free event.
• Any alcohol found during entry screening will be confiscated and not returned.

3. Smoking & Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside marquees, children’s areas, structures, or queues.

4. Body-Worn Cameras
• All security staff will be wearing and operating body-worn cameras for the 
duration of the event.
• By entering the event site, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded on body-worn cameras for safety, security, and evidentiary purposes.

5. Behaviour & Safety
• Anti-social behaviour, harassment, violence, or aggression will result in immediate removal from the event.
• All guests must follow instructions from event staff and security personnel at all 
times.

6. Photography & Media
• Entry to the event assumes consent to be filmed or photographed for event 
marketing and media purposes.
• Professional photography equipment requires prior approval from event 
management.

7. Emergency, First Aid & Event Organiser
• The Event Organiser and First Aid staff are positioned in a pagoda near the entry 
to the event.
• This pagoda is clearly marked with signage stating “ORGANISER”.
• Guests seeking assistance, first aid, or information should report to this location.

8. Raffles – Terms & Conditions
• Raffles will be conducted at this event and are fully approved under permit 
number.
• Prizes may be collected on the day or collected after the event by arrangement.
• You do not need to be present at the event to win.
• The raffle draw will be filmed and posted on our Facebook page and event page.
• The winning ticket holder has 3 days from the time the draw is posted to contact us 
and provide their winning ticket to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not contact us within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a 
new winner will be drawn.

9. Dangerous Weather or Emergency
• Guests must follow all evacuation or safety instructions issued by event staff or 
emergency services.
• The event may be paused, delayed, or cancelled in the interest of public safety
